怎样才算是一个好的外语学习方法

                                      

逆向学习法、疯狂英语......现在这里的"影文学习系统"，哪一个更"好"呢？

一个好的学习方法，首先，必须能够产生持久的、甚至拥有一生影响力的学习动力和乐趣。

First of all, a "Good" method, must has a long-lasting, even life-time lasting motivation and pleasurein a person's learning practice.

其次，它还必须本身具有某种"意义"，能够使人在学习语言的同时获得精神和心灵的陶冶，而不是仅仅一个空洞的"目标"，因为不管多么伟大的"目标"，对一个正在奋斗的人来说都可能是遥远和渺茫的。

Second, it must have some meaningful things in it from which the learner can benifit spiritually, instead of some hollow distant ambitions that might drive the person for just a few seconds.

李杨说："英语学习是体力劳动"。在某种程度上，他是对的，因为如果只是为了学习语言而学习语言，那么整个学习过程，除了枯燥的练习和重复外别无他物。他甚至说（模仿卖油翁的口气）："无他，但嘴皮子熟尔"。

Liyang said, "English study is a labor work" - to some extent, he is right, for the sole purpuse of learning a language is nothing but  boring drills and repetitions. He even said (imatiting the famous Cooking Oil Sellor) "I'm nothing but practiced lips".

当我看到他的"雪中苦读"的照片的时候，我很敬佩他的忍力和耐性。但是，我很怀疑，我们中的大部分人，是否也能像他一样坚持下去，特别是当我们的生活"还过得去"的时候。

I admire his endurance and perseverance when I saw his "Reading in Snow" photo, but I doubt whether most of us can do the same, especially when we could just "get along without it".

钟道隆的"逆向学习法"是另一个更极端的要求"自律"的例子。

Zhong Daolong's Converse Method is another example of extremeness in demanding "self-discipline".
